Gulab Jamun - A Sweet Parcel of Love

Gulab jamun is one of India's popular sweet dishes.  From wedding ceremonies to birthday parties gulab jamun is Rockin 'everywhere. This Indian sweet dish is truly very delicious, the level of sweetness is perfectly balanced in this desert. But did you know this dessert is not from India?! Feeling shocked? Gulab jamun first came from Persia, but now it has settled in India and Indians are in love with it. The beautiful small fried balls smell like warm milk and caramelized sigan, gulab jamuns are globally popular nowadays. 

You can make gulab jamun at your home. All you need to do is buy a gulab jamun pack, read and follow the instructions properly, create small balls out of the dough, heat the oil, and fry them on medium heat. Fry the balls until it is golden brown, before that make a sugary syrup for the gulab jamuns. After frying them you need to put the balls into the sugary syrup and let them sit around for at least 6 hrs. Make sure you over fry the balls, unless it will not drink the sugary syrup, and your entire work will be meaningless. 

Desi gulab jamun is the best. Serving them at the end of food will make you a good host in front of others. Who doesn’t love to eat a sweet dessert after a good meal! Indians have a special sweet tooth for their gulab jamun.  Especially if it is homemade gulab jamun.
